Participants and the accompanying persons will be accommodated in several hotels in downtown Belgrade, about 15-30 minutes on foot from the venue of the XI OPTIMA Meeting. Single and double rooms are available, but the number of single-bed rooms is limited in all hotels. Reservations will be made on a first come first served basis. It is therefore recommended that you register early. Hotel METROPOL (Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 69), which holds the greatest number of rooms and offers the best prices, will accommodate most participants.

The official agency that will take care of accommodation of participants is ZEPTER PASSPORT in Belgrade. Zepter Passport managed to secure special, low rates in all hotels for participants of the XI OPTIMA Meeting. You can book your accommodation by filling in the HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM (please, download  and print PDF file) and faxing or sending it to Zepter Passport.

Deposit payment is compulsory and guarantees the reservation of accommodation. Deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill. Copy of the receipt for deposit payment should be sent to Zepter Passport together with the HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM.

Deposit is required to be enclosed together with the HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM to guarantee your reservation.

HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM has to be sent no later than 15 JUNE 2004.

The above rates include overnight with breakfast and the city tax per person per night.

A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Belgrade at special meeting rates.

BOOKING

Hotel booking should be made using the hotel registration form. Hotel accommodation will be done when Zepter Passport has received the HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM together with the hotel DEPOSIT.

Zepter Passport keeps the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation should be fully booked.

The deposit will be deducted from the total amount when paying the hotel bill in Belgrade.

The participants will pay the remaining balance directly to the hotel in Dinars (in cash) or by credit cards (Visa, Diners, MasterCard).

CANCELLATION

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to ZEPTER PASSPORT. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until August 1^st 2004 up to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of Euro 25. We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after August 1^st 2004.

City hotel built in the center of the city.

MOSKVA ****

Landmark hotel situated in the heart of the city. On the first and second floor there are 40 duplex rooms – sitting room being on the level of the first floor with private staircases leading to the bedroom on the semi-floor. In total there are 290 beds in single and twin rooms. Hotel has own restaurant, snack bar, café, conference room, banquet room.

KASINA ***

One of the oldest hotels in Belgrade located in the city center. It has a tradition of quality service since 1856 featuring an abundance of services and outstanding personal. Today it is a modern, urban hotel for a business traveler. Facilities: restaurant, room service, TV in the room.

Located in the city center at the 200 m distance of the Yugoslav Airlines airport shuttle terminal. The hotel has its own parking lot and a garage. Capacity: 200 beds in 128 rooms.
