Use the asterisk (*) as a wild card (e.g. Leca* will find all names starting with Leca, Lecanora rupicola* will find names written without authors, subspecies etc.; *Brandenburg* will find specimens from the Bundesland Brandenburg in Germany). Taxon names may be searched also in the fields 'Previous identifications' and 'Accompanying species'. *Germany* in the country field will find all records from Germany, in the Locality field it will find only English-language datasets.
