Lecidea sp. - On volcanic rock.
[Lecidea sp.] [Lecidea sp.]
(Sipman 62812) asci and spores present but generic affinity uncertain; click for enlargement. (Sipman 62983) no ripe asci and spores present, therefore taxonomic position uncertain; click for enlargement.

Lecidella cf. elaeochromoides (Nyl.) Knoph & Hertel - On volcanic rock. The species resembles L. asema by its yellowish tinge, but the structure of the thallus is different, more smooth, and the apothecia have greyish margins like Lecidella sp. B. Perhaps more related to L. elaeochromoides, but that species lacks greyish apothecium margins. TLC not done, but thallus C+ orange.

Lecidella cf. meiococca (Nyl.) Leuckert & Hertel - TLC: unidentified xanthones; 1 specimen tested. On volcanic rock and soil. Sorediate, with few, small apothecia. Specimens deviate because the soredia/blastidia are grouped in rounded soralia , not scattered on top of thallus warts. Deviates from L. scabra because the soredia are greenish, not bluish, and much coarser.
